What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only, across Pakistan. You pay in cash when your order is delivered to your doorstep — no advance payment required.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. Orders above Rs. 5,000 qualify for free delivery. Orders under Rs. 5,000 have a flat delivery charge of Rs. 100.

How long does delivery take?

We ship nationwide across Pakistan. Delivery times vary by city, so please refer to your order confirmation for an estimated timeframe, or reach out to us on WhatsApp for an update.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached. Visit our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

How do I place an order?

Simply add your chosen pieces to cart and check out on our website. If you'd prefer, you can also message us directly on WhatsApp and we'll guide you through it.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes size details. If you're unsure which size will fit you best, message us on WhatsApp with your measurements and we'll help you choose.
