Products & Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to accurately display our products; however, slight variations in color or fabric texture may occur due to screen display differences and the handcrafted nature of our fabrics.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified via phone or WhatsApp if there is an issue with your order.

Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is collected in full at the time of delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders above Rs. 5,000 qualify for free delivery; orders under Rs. 5,000 carry a flat delivery charge of Rs. 100. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability
